What is The Elevate Program

There’s no doubt about it, for those who are addicted to drugs and alcohol, it is of the utmost importance that they seek out and find an inpatient, residential, drug and alcohol addiction and dependence treatment center, detox facility, rehab program, and recovery organization. Elevate’s approach to treatment is unique and special and highly well thought out in that it focuses on all aspects of addiction including the physical, the mental, the psychological, the chemical, and the spiritual aspects of addiction.

The way that treatment is carried out at Elevate stresses the fact that a spiritual approach to treatment is not defined by any religion but in and of itself contains what the individual believes is true to themselves, for themselves, about themselves, and only for themselves. The rehab modalities and counseling techniques at Elevate like to concentrate on things like the patient’s own personal values, their private goals and purposes in life, their honor and self-respect and things that touch them on a deep level. These are the tools that each and ever addict has inherently deep down inside of them. These are the strongest tools that any addicted individual has to fight addiction with, and these tools would be considered spiritual in nature.

Elevate Finds Success in Supporting a Rehab Program that is Not on a Time Limiter

One of many things that really takes Elevate and sets it apart from other treatment programs is the simple and very obvious factor that the program is not based on time, it is instead based on results. In other words, one doesn’t necessarily leave on the last day if you one isn’t ready.  This is results-based rehab at its finest and at its most successful manifestation possible.

No successful rehab center that truly cares about its patients will put a time limiter on its program, at least not a very serious or strict one.  Elevate most definitely does not like to put a strict time limit on treatment as the worst thing one could possibly do is to tell someone to leave when they are just a few days away from the absolute final breakthrough of resolving a major issue of their addiction, or of resolving the entire addiction itself! The program’s average length go time is 90 days long, as this has been the time that addictionology experts believe is necessary to truly beat most addictions.  As is the status quo, most rehab programs are indeed only thirty days long but that is because most insurance policies will only pay for thirty days, no more, no less.  That being said, what insurance companies want and what is in the best interests of an addict are not necessarily the same thing, hence Elevate’s ninety day program.

Each phase of the program is approximately 25 to 30 days. A description of the treatment and goals of each phase are:

Why Elevate Stands Above the Rest as an Exemplary Treatment Program

Elevate is a very extensive and involved program.  Each day at this program offers patients new sights, new visages, new experiences, new challenges, new projects, and new aspects of addiction to work against.  Elevate is truly successful because this program does not leave a single stone or even a pebble unturned.

This program covers the physical, physiological, health-related, chemical dependence-oriented, and psychosomatic aspects of drug and alcohol addiction.  Detoxification, yoga, psychical therapy, massage therapy, whirlpool therapy, vitamin bomb therapy, proper diet, proper exercise, etc. all of these are used in the program to really handle once and for all the physical aspects of addiction.

This program successfully and perfectly covers the mental, psychological, personal, spiritual, and abstract aspects of addiction.  The counselors at Elevate concentrate on the underlying issues, the morals, the integrity, the past, the present, the future, what’s been done, what will be done, how the individual got addicted, his or her triggers, strengths, weaknesses, and more.  The mental side of any addiction is always at least 70% the problem, and anyone who says differently is going to have a rough time rehabilitating individuals from a mostly physical approach.  With proper counseling, life skills, elective, one on one sessions, group sessions, courses, outdoor activities, spiritual approaches, study approaches, educational courses, and even physical courses, one can heal the mind and the spirit from addiction and that is exactly what Elevate works to accomplish with each and every client.

Additional Features of the Elevate Program

  • Personal consultation with a nutrition and exercise specialist to help clients adjust their eating to align better with what their body actually needs.
  • Utilizing essential oils as needed for a holistic way to deal with stress or pains in the body.
  • Art Therapy where the client can renew the creative side of the spirit that is often lost in drugs.
  • Experiential Therapy where the client can spend supervised time in nature reflecting and reconnecting with the environment and its beauty.
  • Supervised Trips off campus to the forest, beach or other places of natural beauty (later Phases).
